COVID-19: Prime Minister Boris Johnson Advised Public Outlets In UK To Cease Operating

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has ordered the closure of restaurants , cafes and pubs till further notice in a bid to combat Coronavirus .

According to reports , all public outlets in United Kingdom have been ordered to ceases operating so as to prevent further spread of the killer virus .

The minister assured that situation would be reviewed monthly to ensure safty its citizens .

Meanwhile the government have promised to pay 80% salary for workers who are not able to work up to 2,500 pounds monthly .

Mr Johnson stated on Friday that the government does not want to “restrict” movements, the Tube or our major transport networks”, which he said were “too important for the delivery of crucial public services”.

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan advised people residents in the capital to avoid public transport “unless genuinely essential”.

“If you ignore this advice people will die as a result,” he added.
